Season Two of Bluey first aired in Australia on March 17th, 2020 with "Dance Mode". The season started airing on Disney Channel on July 11th, 2020; Disney+ releases commenced on May 25th, 2021 also with the aforementioned episode.
All of season two's segments aired in 2020, with "Easter" releasing on March 4th, 2021. Its Disney+ release occurred the following day.
Background[]
Following the success of the first season, it was highly anticipated that a second season would be funded.[1] Indeed just prior to the second portion of season one airing (or Season 1B), it was announced in March of 2019, that production had begun on a 52-episode second season; the order was officially announced in May.[2] The second season premiered on 17th March 2020, with the first 26 episodes airing daily throughout April.[3] The remaining episodes began airing from 25th October 2020 and were followed by two holiday special episodes, the first Christmas special airing on 1st December 2020 and the second Easter special on 4th April 2021.
