During a playdate at The Heeler's, Bluey teaches Chloe how to play her game called "Octopus" with Bandit. They have a great time, and Chloe and Bluey manage to steal Bandit's treasure. Back at home, Chloe wants to play it with her dad, but he plays it differently than Bandit. Chloe's dad disagrees that octopi are stupid, and that they have treasure. This upsets Chloe to the point where she says "Bluey's dad is more fun than you". Later, she finds her dad researching octopi so that he can play it better with her in the future. It turns out that Chloe's dad was playing "Octopus" too realistically. Then, Chloe and her dad spend time together learning about different sea animals; namely electric eels and flying fish. So when Bluey comes over for another playdate, she and Chloe use their newfound knowledge to to tweak the game and make it more fun for everyone. When it's Bluey's turn to be the octopus, she asks if she can be poisonous AND electric (which typically, isn't common), Chloe turns to her dad and they both say, "This one can".

Trivia[]
- Chloe's house number 101 may be reference to a 1956 book The Hundred and One Dalmatians by Dodie Smith and its 1961 animated film adaptation One Hundred and One Dalmatians, both focusing on families of 101 dalmatians dogs.
- This is the third episode where the main character is one of Bluey’s friends, in this case Chloe.
- This is the third episode (after Mums and Dads and Army) where the title card is read by a child other than Bluey or Bingo. In this case, Chloe says the episode's title.
- The song that plays in Frank's car is Chopin - Nocturne op.9 No.2.
- Long Dog: This long dog is fish-like in appearance. It appears in the fish tank at Chloe's house wedged between a rock and the coral. It is most visible during the shot of Chloe's dad sitting down at his computer.
- When this episode aired on Disney Channel in the US, it was paired with Helicopter and Baby Race.
- Chloe's dad corrects her use of the word 'arm' for an octopus and tells her that they are actually called 'tentacles.' This is slightly incorrect as cephalopod arms are distinct from tentacles, octopuses have eight arms and no tentacles.
