Bluey: Do dee, do do do, do do do do. There.
Bingo: [walks in] Has anyone seen the couch cushions?
Bluey: Bingo, check it out! I'm building a house.
Bluey: I've got a bookshelf, and a reading area.
Bingo: Oooh! I'll build one too.
Bluey: Yeah, we can be Neighbours!
Bingo: Yeah! Neighbors!
- [The title card appears.]
Bluey: This episode of Bluey is called Neighbours.
- [Title card cuts back.]
Bingo: [carries cushion] Dee do do do, dee do [places cushion on ground] There!
Chilli: [walks in] Has anyone seen the couch cushions?
Bluey: Mum, Bingo and I are Neighbours.
Chilli: Oh, nice one!
Bluey: Do you wanna play? You can move next to Bingo if you'd like.
Chilli: Em... Yeah, OK.
Bluey and Bingo: Hooray!
[Bluey pulls out a book from the shelf, Bingo builds her front gate]
Chilli: [hums] There.
Chilli: [waving to Bluey] Hi, neighbour!
Bluey: [waving back] Hi, neighbour! Welcome to Mulberry Street.
Bandit: [walks in] Has anyone seen the couch cushions?
Bluey: Dad! Do you want to move into Mulberry Street?
Chilli: [to herself] Please say no.
Bandit: Yeah, right-o.
Bluey and Bingo: Hooray!
- [Chilli sighs.]
Bandit: [walks over to Chilli] I'll move right next to mum.
Chilli: There goes the neighbourhood.
Bandit: [hums while building his house] There.
Bluey: [imitating dialing a phone] Beep beep boop boop. Hello, neighbour!
Chilli: Hello.
Bluey: Should I come over for book club now?
Chilli: Oh, yes. Hop on over, neighbour.
- [Bluey hums as she gets out of her seat. She walks past Bingo.]
Bingo: [petting a horse] Mmm, I'll have to build you a stable, Buckles. Hmm...
- [Bingo drags her horse back, pushing the cushions, and Bluey's chair, closer to the wall.]
Bingo: There you go, Buckles.
- [Bluey walks up to Chilli.]
Bluey: Hello, neighbour. Let's start book club.
Chilli: Yes, let's. So, did you think the caterpillar needed to eat quite that much?
- [They are interrupted by Bandit making car revving noises.]
Bluey: What is that noise?
Chilli: Ugh. [shouting] That's my neighbour!
- [Cut to Bandit, who has a toy car between two stacks of blocks. One wheel is missing, and he's making loud engine sounds. Cut back to Bluey and Chilli.]
Chilli: He's rather noisy. I'll try asking him nicely. [to Bandit] Excuse me, would you mind keeping the noise down?
- [Bandit does not answer. Bluey giggles. Chilli groans.]
Chilli: Let's try this again tomorrow.
- [Bluey walks back to her home.]
Bluey: Well, I'm glad I don't have a neighbour like that. [gasps] Bingo!
Bingo: What?
Bluey: You moved your house into my reading area!
Bingo: I needed that bit for my animals.
- [Bluey stomps her foot and angrily imitates dialing a phone.]
Bluey: Beep beep boop!
- [Bandit is making barking noises in the background.]
Chilli: [shouting] Hello?
Bluey: Bingo took my reading area and she's not giving it back.
Chilli: Well, have you tried asking her nicely?
Bluey: Uh, not yet. What's all that noise?
Chilli: Oh, it's my neighbour. He's... well... I don't know WHAT he's doing.
- [Bandit is sitting on all fours, barking loudly.]
Chilli: Will you PLEASE keep it down?
- [Bandit pounces onto the walls of Chilli's house, barking wildly.]
Chilli: Ugh! I'll have to call you back.
Bluey: OK. I'll try asking Bingo nicely. Bye! Beep boop. [she puts the imaginary phone in her pocket. She presses an imaginary doorbell.] Bingo!
- [The door, a pillow, falls off its hinges and onto the floor.]
Bingo: Hello, neighbour.
Bluey: Hello. Um, you have a lovely house.
Bingo: Thanks. [Bingo picks up a sheep and hugs it.]
Bluey: But, one problem: your wall is where my reading room was.
Bingo: Yes, I needed room for Buckles' stable.
Bluey: But where am I supposed to read?
Bingo: [points to the corner] You can read over there.
Bluey: Well... I guess. It's just that I...
Bingo: [picks up her phone] Ring, ring! Hello? Yes, I need those bricks here in the morning. [walks away]
Bluey: [shakes her fist] Hey! [growls and storms off]
Bingo: They better be here!
- [Bandit is noisily playing the drums. Chilli is trying to read while wearing a pair of earmuffs.]
Bluey: [covering her ears and shouting] Knock, knock!
Chilli: [shouting] Come in!
Bluey: I tried asking nicely and she said no!
Chilli: [lifts up an earmuff] I'm sorry, you'll have to speak up!
Bluey: Maybe let's go to my house!
Chilli: Maybe let's go to your house!
- [Bluey and Chilli get up and walk off.]
Bandit: WOOOOOW! [he flips the drumset over and belly flops onto it.]
- [Bluey giggles, then screams when she notices nine small horses on the ground, with Bingo carrying another one.]
Bluey: You've taken my whole front yard!
Bingo: [sets the horse down] Buckles had babies.
Bluey: [stomps] This isn't fair, Bingo.
Bingo: [to the horse] Do you like it? Yeah you do, baby Buckles.
Chilli: Bingo!
Bluey: See?
Chilli: I do see.
Bluey: What should I do?
Chilli: Hmm...
- [They are interrupted by Bandit screaming, and crashing sounds. They run over to see Bandit using a 2x4 as a chainsaw on Chilli's house. He has knocked over a hat rack.]
Bluey and Chilli: No!
Chilli: What in the world are you doing?!
Bandit: Chainsawin'!
- [Bluey giggles.]
Chilli: You chopped down my tree!
Bandit: I chainsawed down your tree. [continues making chainsaw noises]
Bluey: You destroyed her roof!
Bandit: Yeah, nah, it was already like that.
Chilli: No, it wasn't!
Bandit: Yeah, it was! [makes more chainsaw noises]
Chilli: [to Bluey] Excuse me for a second, neighbour. It's time to put an end to this once and for all.
Bluey: How will you do that?
Chilli: I'll just ask nicely.
- [Chilli walks up to Bandit and clears her throat.]
Chilli: Excuse me, neighbour.
Bandit: Huh?
Chilli: You've broken my roof. So, I would like for you to be a good neighbour and do something for me.
Bandit: Like what?
Chilli: Please fix it.
Bandit: Nah, I don't reckon, love.
Chilli: [sternly] Please. Fix. It.
- [Chilli glares at Bandit. His eyes widen. Bluey looks between the two.]
Bandit: Uh, OK. I guess I can fix it now. [he scoots between the two back to his house, and moves the hat rack upright.]
Chilli: Thank you, neighbour.
Bandit: I'm sorry. It just gets so lonely sometimes. Thought chainsawing might cheer me up.
Bluey: Ooh, maybe you need some pets.
Bandit: Hmm...
Chilli: OK. Now, the Bingo situation.
Bluey: Don't worry, mum. I'm gonna try asking nicely. [runs off]
Chilli: Oh!
- [Bingo has seven penguins in her home.]
Bingo: There you go, penguin.
Bluey: Oh! Gumdrops. I see that you have penguins in my living room now. [clears throat] Excuse me, neighbour.
Bingo: What is it? I'm busy.
Bluey: Please remove the penguins.
Bingo: Well, I don't really want to.
- [Bluey glares at Bingo.]
Bingo: OK. I'll remove my penguins.
Bluey: Thank you, neighbour.
Bingo: But where will my animals live?
Bluey: I have an idea.
- [Chilli is watering a plant. Bluey walks by carrying her father's equipment.]
Bluey: Hello, neighbour!
Chilli: Oh, hi. Goodness! That's all my neighbour's noisy stuff.
Bluey: Yeah, I traded it for Bingo's baby Buckles.
- [Bandit is tending to several baby animals.]
Bandit: Oh, you're so beautiful. Yes you are, yes you are!
Chilli: I love the new pets, neighbour!
Bandit: Shush! Baby Buckles likes it quiet.
Chilli: Oh, OK. [whispering] Sorry.
- [Bluey hums as she takes Bandit's noisy stuff to her own house, and sets them down.]
Bluey: There. [She jumps back into her reading chair, holding her book.] Ahh, I love this street.
- [The camera zooms out, showing the room, and then out to the exterior of the real neighbourhood. The episode concludes, as the credits roll.]
