"Cow... boy... hat!" ― Muffin[source]
Muffin Cupcake Heeler is a secondary character that appears in multiple episodes of Bluey. She is one of Bluey and Bingo's cousins, the eldest daughter of Stripe and Trixie, and the older sister of Socks.
Bluey.tv Description
Muffin is Bluey and Bingo’s tantrum-prone cousin who finds her R's quite “twicky”.
Muffin loves to join in and play with Bluey and Bingo but is still learning how to take turns and play nicely and sometimes finds herself in timeouts, or even in the cone of shame!
Muffin has a little sister, Socks, and her mum and dad are Aunt Trixie and Uncle Stripe. Muffin is no stranger to chaos and has no problem speaking her mind, especially when she has skipped nap time.
Granny Gladys (played Muffin) is impatient, stubborn and doesn’t put up with backchat – she’s classified as a “Grouchy Granny”. She wears fabulous black granny glasses and a lovely brown shawl and is friends with Janet and Rita.
Gladys employs a helper she affectionately refers to as “Bugalugs”, who pushes her around on her mobility scooter when its battery runs out, and puts up with her handbag wallops and general bossiness.
Gladys is highly respected in the granny world (particularly by Doreen, the Heelers’ neighbour) for her phenomenal sales skills; as an extremely hard negotiator, she manages to outplay a REAL Grouchy Granny and fetch a very high price for a mobile scooter. She’s also known to moonlight as another type of granny… the aptly named “Super Granny”.
Bluey’s non-stop cousin. Always speaks her mind.
Biography
Muffin is Bluey's non-stop cousin who always speaks her mind. She is the daughter of Stripe and Trixie, the older sister of Socks, the cousin of Bluey and Bingo, the niece of Chilli, Bandit, and Rad, and the granddaughter of Bob and Chris.

Cone of Shame!
One day when she was going to her cousins', she couldn't stop sucking her thumb. She had to wear a "cone of shame", which prevented her from playing games with Bluey and Bingo. Feeling sad, she sits alone in a flower bed. Bluey and Bingo then had an idea, by flipping the cone over so it would be like a traffic cone/dress. She enjoys her cone now, and it is a win-win for Muffin and her parents.
One time, she was on the Faceytalk with her cousins and little sister, and started hogging the Faceytalk. Her dad reprimanded her, and told her to share with her sister. Muffin refused, and said she needed to finish her cowboy hat. She is then taken to time out, and she starts screaming. Muffin then gets a hold of Stripe's phone, and starts drawing her cowboy hat. Stripe starts chasing Muffin around their house, and Muffin slips on a toy and Stripe's phone falls... into the pool.

Dancing with Bingo & Socks!
Accompanied by her sister and cousins, Muffin attended the wedding celebration for Rad and Frisky. During the rehearsal, she repeatedly marched ahead of the others, her steps too quick, prompting Trixie to chide her for her haste, urging her to slow her pace and refrain from shouting, "Flowers!" However, when Frisky stormed off in frustration, Muffin, along with the other girls, joined Chilli in a determined search to locate her. Their journey led them to a café, where they paused to sip on refreshing watermelon juice, oblivious to the fact that Frisky’s blue car was parked just beside a massive truck that obstructed their view. As they peered out the window, it was Socks who first spotted the familiar vehicle, prompting a collective exclamation of, "FRISKY'S BLUE CAR!"
They are about to catch up to her when... Socks needs to go to the bathroom. Muffin, infuriated, says, "Oh, Socks!". Chilli then realizes where Frisky is, and drives to The Lookout. They spot Frisky's blue car in the parking lot, and they find Frisky, lost in thought. The girls run up to Frisky, shouting her name. Muffins stomps, and says that she wants to be a flower girl. Socks adds that Frisky got a speeding ticket, and Frisky, surprised, confirms that she got one.
Muffin then spots some "binocleears", and accidentally wedges the coin into the wrong spot. The girls are mad at Muffin, but unknowingly, she saved Bluey's house from being sold. The Sheepdogs (the ones buying Bluey's house), come to the Lookout and force out the wedged coin. They find look through the binoculars and see Cornelius' old house... and it has a pool!
Muffin is then shown dancing with her cousins at Frisky and Rad's wedding.
Appearance
Muffin is a White Heeler with a soft mix of white, bluish-white, light grey, charcoal, and black across her coat. She looks very much like her mum, Trixie, but has a few differences. Her hands are pure white, while her legs, arms, the base of her tail, her body, and her head are a gentle bluish-white color. Small grey spots are sprinkled along her limbs, adding a playful touch. On the upper right side of her head is a light grey patch, while a darker black patch sits on top of her head. Her tail and ears are tipped in black, with a few black spots scattered across her body. Inside her pointy ears, the skin is a soft pink, and her small black nose stands out against her light face. Muffin is a little smaller and rounder than most four-year-old Heelers, giving her a cute, stubby look.
Personality
Unlike her well-mannered cousins and sister, Muffin is the complete opposite; likely due to being young and thus not understanding certain concepts, Muffin, a very energetic and loud young girl, can sometimes be bratty and spoiled - aggressive, even - once bypassing the library rules just because she "is the most special kid in the whole world" - admittedly, something her father Stripe told her on the way to Bluey's. As shown by pushing Bluey, Bingo, and Nana to give her proper ballerina attire and music, and hogging Stripe's phone, to the point her parents had to go on a wild chase throughout the house, she will go to extreme lengths to ensure everything goes her way, showing a tinge of obstinacy. However, despite all this, she loves her family, and has a kind heart deep down inside. Much like her sister Socks, Muffin has developed in recent times; in her case, she has loosened up, acting less bratty and selfish.
