Mackenzie's Dad is a Border Collie[2] with white, grey and black fur. He has white feet, hands, tail tip, chest, muzzle, inner ears and eyebrows, black legs, arms, tail stem, torso, head and outer ears, and grey muzzle spots. He also has a black nose.

Trivia
- In The Decider, Mackenzie's Dad’s name is revealed via the license plate of his car, which spells out Richie. This confirms that he’s named after his voice actor, series director Richard Jeffery.
- In Curry Quest, when Bandit is saying goodbye to Mackenzie and his parents, he refers to them as the "Border Collies" or perhaps a variation such as "Border-Collies". This would imply that that is their family surname.
