Harley is a minor character that has appeared in two episodes of Bluey.
Biography
Harley is friends with most of the students in Mrs. Retriever's school. She has a father but no other family members known as of yet.
Appearance
Harley is a black, grey and white dog with black eyes and a dark brown nose. She has a white muzzle, grey eyebrows, a white patch on her chest and white socks on her two front feet.

Trivia
- She does karate, as seen in Bob Bilby.
- Harley looks similar to Bingo while she seems to share the same model, as there are very subtle differences between the two.
- In the Bluey "Bob Bilby" book, she is mistakenly named as "Maxie" when Bob Bilby mentions who he stayed with he learned karate.
- She is likely a throwaway character, hence her last appearance was in early season two.
- She does, however, appear in the book Where's Bluey? At Easter.
