Frank is a secondary character that has appeared in multiple episodes of Bluey.
Bluey.tv Description
Frank is the dad of one of Bluey’s best friends, Chloe. He likes getting involved with the games whenever she has friends over!
He gets on with other parents too, and you’ll often find him chit-chatting to them at school pick-up… or at a friendly BBQ!
Frank loves a fact or two, researching bits’n’bobs on his computer, especially about octopi. Sometimes, he finds it hard to go with the flow… but has recently learned the power of saying ‘yes’![1]
Biography
Frank is friends with Bandit and Chilli, Honey's parents Daisy and Marcus, and Mackenzie's mum and dad. He has a daughter named Chloe, plus a partner he shares parenting Chloe with, and presumably an infant son.
Appearance
Frank is a Dalmatian[2] with white and black fur. He is tall, and has black spots all over his body, including his legs, arms, torso, tail and head; he also has black eyebrows and ears, and a black tail tip. The rest of his body however, being a Dalmatian, is white, and he also has slim legs, hands and arms. He also has a black nose.
