The Busker is a secondary character that has appeared in multiple episodes of Bluey.

Bluey.tv Description

The Busker dog is a Brussels griffon[sic] with light brown fur, stylish glasses and a snazzy green hat that he uses to collect dollarbucks from the audience.

The Busker loves to play music and help people dance! The lively neighbourhood busker can be found playing music at various locations all over Brisbane.

A multi-instrumentalist, the Busker is superbly talented and knows just how to get the crowd moving with his signature call, “Who likes to dance?!”.[1]

Biography

The Busker is a musician. He plays all kinds of different instruments at different venues. He is also very talented, shown as when he could play many different instruments. The Busker apparently also teaches music, with Honey being one of his pupils.[2]

The Busker is also a licensed wedding officiant. He performed the marriage ceremony for Radley Heeler and Frisky, and also acted as DJ for the wedding party afterwards.[3]

Trivia

  • His guitar is decorated with a floral pattern and is classified as a acoustic guitar.
  • He knows how to play the guitar and the thongaphone.
  • He is both modelled on[5] and voiced by the show's composer, Joff Bush.
    • While he is credited as Busker in the show, a poster in the Ludo offices[6] and a figure set[7] both show his name as Joff. Because the first source is unpublished, and the second is from a third party, we still consider his official name to be "Busker."
  • While "Busker" is a plausible name, official sources refer to him as "the busker," implying it is only a description.
  • He is seen spending the 5 bucks he got in Markets in The Quiet Game.
    • Speaking of which, the same 5 bucks are foiling in his hat in Dance Mode.
