- The Hammerbarn Employee (from Hammerbarn) can be seen pointing Muffin and Socks away while the former is driving (Pizza Girls), all while maintaining their trademark depressed look.
- On Muffin's car, a small Long Dog is visible, light grey in colour.
- Brandy Cattle is seen doing a pose from the dance she and Chilli did in Onesies.
- Chris and Bob (Nana and Grandpa) are seen doing a floss (Grannies).
- As The Terriers run past (numerous episodes), The Old Pug is seen angry (Granny Mobile).
- While with Sparky (who has a pie in hand), Chippy is seen on his phone, while Cherry, who is elsewhere on the poster, is also looking at her phone (Tradies).
- Cornelius and Terriers' Mum are seen together (TV Shop), with Cornelius offering a German Sausage (Markets).
- Winton shows Snickers the $5 with a tooth sticker on it (seen first in Markets and later The Quiet Game).
- Lulu is seen receiving a face-paint from Mackenzie's Mum, while Pretzel seems to wait (Curry Quest).
- Indy, who was unable to in Markets, is able to ride Buttermilk with The Pony Lady watching.
- Captain and Mia are seen together (Barky Boats and Curry Quest)
- Frank and Marcus are seen talking together (which was hinted at in Spy Game)
- Rusty is seen playing cricket, with Digger most likely having just bowled, Dusty catching the ball and Lucky standing as a wicket-keeper (in place of his father) while Jack watches from the side and Tiny from behind (all from Cricket).
- Bluey and Bingo, along with their parents Bandit and Chilli, are seen dancing supposedly to Chattermax (The Lollipop Song)
- Rad is holding a toy Dragon for an amused Frisky (Double Babysitter).
- Mackenzie, Coco and Judo are all playing Keepy Uppy (the game is from the episode of the same name), while Calypso watches them (the first two being students at her school).
- Bella holds an unfinished Pavlova (the food being from the same episode).
- Chloe holds an asparagus (which supposedly has the ability to change dogs into animals) while Honey is a lion (from Circus).
- Jean-Luc is still playing a foreger from Camping.
- Gruber is seen taking a pofferjete from the Poffertje Dog (Markets).
- Pat is seen organising a game of Pass the Parcel with Jasper G., Missy, Lila, Juniper, Chucky, Buddy and Pom Pom.
- A small animation error is seen as Pat's hand clips through the phone's screen.
- In addition, characters who would be typically seen together are paired as such:
- Jack's Mum and Dad.
- Sheila and her son.
- Winnie and Fido.
- Dougie and his mum.
- The Grey Nomads.
- Stripe and Trixie can be seen dancing with one another, albeit at a distance.
- Additionally, Shop Assistant is seen alongside Hospital Kid (it was previously thought that she was a different dog due to different voice actors in The Quiet Game and Mr Monkeyjocks).
- The Hammerbarn Employee (from Hammerbarn) can be seen pointing Muffin and Socks away while the former is driving (Pizza Girls), all while maintaining their trademark depressed look.
- Along with the episodes airing, Bluey-inspired Ice Creams were sold at numerous location in New South Wales (Sydney Bondi Beach, Newcastle Nobbys Beach, Forster Pebbly Beach and Lismore Quad (the town is landlocked)) and Queensland (Gold Coast-Tweed Heads & Coolangatta Surf Life Saving Club and Brisbane Southbank Parklands).[3]
- It was hinted during an interview with TODAY on 8th October that a surprise would be revealed for the final episode. This would turn out to be Extended Introduction, which instead of just having (in order of elimination) Chilli, Bandit, Bingo and Bluey play musical statues, would also include a handful of the childrens friends. After Chilli, Bandit, and Bingo are eliminated, the music changes to the extended intro similar to that on Bluey: The Album, and then eliminates Muffin, Socks, Snickers, Winton, Pom Pom, and Rusty, before finishing with Bluey.
The list of ABC IVIEW profiles (correct as of Nov. 2023), with Radley Heeler (Uncle Rad) highlighted, and the original design shown for Alfie (third-from-bottom row, far left); all bar the top four Bluey characters were added in new for Blueyfest. Note Sparky and Terriers' Mum have been added in since.
- The run time for the entire event, from 06:00-19:30 was 810 minutes, with over 703 minutes used during this time for airing Bluey episodes.[7] This means that approximately 86% of the days scheduling (ignoring the unrelated section between 05:00-07:00) was scheduled with Bluey episodes,[8] the remainder filled with adverts for other shows, Blueyfest themed dialogue explaining episodes or favourite moments, and five-second animations showing the place number.
